Established in 1975,\u00a0Cibitex<\/a><\/strong> is a highly specialized Italy-based manufacturer of textile finishing machinery, providing state of the art technologies, as well as a wide range of consulting, pre and post-sales services.\u00a0Recently, Cibitex has extended its product range introducing innovative solutions for pre and post-treatment of digitally printed fabrics. On this point, Cibitex will show at Heimtextil its inkjet finishing line in the digital printing hall. A steamer and a washing unit will be exhibited, compact machines suitable for a wide range of fabrics printed with acid and reactive inks. EasySTEAM<\/em> is feeded with electricity, it generates the steam with its own boiler without pressure. The steaming phase is controlled with an automatic timer. Each unit can steam up to 50 meters of fabric per cycle, with a medium productivity of 700 linear meters per day, depending on the type and weight of the fabric.\u00a0EasyWASH<\/em> can wash fabric reels up to 200 meters in a small space and with a high ease of use, it is developed to minimise the consumption of primary goods thanks to a water feeding system with separated tanks, to store water at different temperatures with high efficiency thermal insulation, that helps reduce the consumption of electricity compared with the conventional systems. Decobel<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0creates new fabrics in line with contemporary taste. The added value of Decobel is its production capacity, which distinguishes it from the classic figure of the textile editor: producer\/editor dialogue becomes in-house communication and most of the articles are manufactured on the company\u2019s own looms.\u00a0Products focus \u2013 3D Collection. Important plain versions from the collection are given a 3D makeover with an innovative process, designed and fine-tuned in-house and patented in beginning 2016. The 3D concept has been a successful feature in Decobel collections for several years. However, since 2015, 3D has become a linchpin concept for the collections, the articles being a skilled mix of tradition and innovation, on-trend and new because they are designed and produced thanks to a patented technique that makes their three-dimensionality resistant to time and wear. The first two products were presented in the 2014 collection\u2014the velvets Castore<\/em> and Acropoli<\/em>. The company is certified according to ISO9001:2008 and has a customer-focused philosophy. All the fabrics are developed in-house according to\u00a0 the highest technical standards of the industry .Production is followed step by step with daily quality controls, and the warehouse organization, often with the cut services included, guarantees prompt delivery according to the customers\u2019 needs. These examples have been produced using a selection of Kiian Digital inks specifically developed for the textile market. This amazing experience combines colour together with first-class printing. The stand will demonstrate the intensity and unique shades achievable with Kiian Digital ink series.\u00a0<\/span>All products are fully integrated with customer\u2019s printing systems and ensure high productivity. This includes the series designed for transfer and direct sublimation printing (Digistar K-ONE<\/em> and Digistar HI-PRO<\/em>), the ranges tailored for direct printing with pigment and disperse inks (Digistar TEX-R<\/em> and Digistar K-CHOICE<\/em>) all of which are fully compatible with leading print head producers including Epson<\/em>, Kyocera<\/em>, Ricoh<\/em> and Panasonic<\/em>.<\/p>\n

As fast-drying inks tailored for uncoated and thin sublimation papers, they enable textile printers to increase productivity and reduce production costs. Also on display will be the company\u2019s J-Cube range<\/em>, which comprises a vast gamut of shades including vivid fluorescents and various shades of black. This range equips textile companies with superior colour combinations and the capability to produce premium textile products. The company will also display its popular J-Lux series which is specially engineered with extreme sun and light resistance; the ideal ink for certain indoor usage, such as curtains, as well as outdoor textiles and products including umbrellas, and the J-Cube KP Direct<\/em> range, specifically designed for Kyocera<\/em> print heads for textile applications that endure scrubbing and washing.<\/p>\n

Following our acquisition of La Meccanica, including their more than 40 years of experience in digital textile printing, Mimaki has launched the Tiger-1800B direct-to-textile printer using reactive inks. <\/span><\/p>\n

The Tiger-1800B<\/em> is a digital textile printer with a strong frame, stable media transportation mechanism and dedicated print head maintenance system. With a maximum print speed of 385 m\u00b2\/hour, 600 dpi print resolution and a maximum print width of 1850 meters, the Tiger-1800B is ideal for high volume digital production. Optional units can be added to expand the printer\u2019s capabilities, including feeding units for jumbo rolls or folded fabrics, heating units and a folding arm unit for storing fabric in the box after printing. It is ideal for the production of tapestries, flags, sports apparel, interior fabrics, fast fashion and more.<\/span><\/p>\n

Texcar<\/strong><\/a> was founded by Eugenio Carobbio in 1972 as a small workshop of bedspreads in acrylic fibres. During the years the founder, through his experience and strong will, was able to bring this workshop to compete with the giants of the textile market, producing over 7.000.000 m\/year, by optimizing the production chain and the process costs. The company continues to be led by the Carobbio’s family, inside the best Italian tradition.\u00a0Exhibited products. The jacquard carpets are composed of polyester, chenille and regenerated cotton through recovered materials derived from scraps of cotton as dresses\/scraps of dry-cleaning process, making the product environmentally friendly and ecological. The carpets are handmade, washable in washing machines; the anti-slip treatment on the back of the carpet will avoid accidental falls, making it stable and fixed on the floor.\u00a0Jacquard sofa cover bi-elastic in regenerated cotton, polyester and acrylic. At its third Heimtextil Xeikon<\/strong><\/a> will showcase highly unique wall paper designs produced using its wall decoration production suite. Xeikon will be located in Hall 6<\/em>, next to the Heimtextil theme park. In addition to the live printing of unique wall coverings, the display will feature printed patterns and murals projected using new video mapping techniques. This will provide visitors with a \u201cvirtual reality\u201d like experience and present the creativity of digitally produced wallcoverings.<\/p>\n
