The Marzoli Remote Maintenance (MRM) solution is an innovative cloud system that comes with diagnostic capabilities and sensors to control in real time and continuously the critical sections and components of the machines, in order to identify possible technical malfunctions at initial stages, and prevent machine failures with direct support of Marzoli customer support team.

The MRM support will provide customers to operate machines in standard-target operating conditions and will aid in maximising productivity and efficiency, reduce the time for resolving problems, and lead to energy saving through preventive control of machines mission critical components. The MRM, based on an innovative cloud software system from Microsoft, allows to few technical experts the remote monitoring of all the yarn spinner all around the world.
